As part of our ongoing Healing Community project in partnership with Nature Sacred, Cooperative Community Development Inc. (CCD) is convening a community design charrette to guide the development of four additional community-managed green spaces in Irvington, with a focus on City Chill (4004 Frederick Ave) and Oasis (240 S Monastery Ave).

This collaborative session is intentionally designed to center the voices of residents, members, youth, and community stakeholders throughout the planning, design, and construction process.

Together, we will explore how each space can best support healing, connection, stewardship, and long-term community benefit—ensuring that every site is designed and activated for its highest and best use for the Irvington community at-large.
